About Kingdom Lending

Your Home Journey, Guided With Care

Hi, I'm Naje — founder of Kingdom Lending LLC.

Like a lot of people, I wanted to buy a house in my early 20s. But everything I've ever had, I've had to earn myself. My parents did the best they could with what they had, but there was no inheritance, no gift for a down payment, no shortcut. If I wanted something, I worked for it — and a house felt like it was always going to be out of reach.

That's what actually got me into this industry. I was curious: how do regular people, with regular jobs, actually manage to own a home? I wanted to understand it — not just for myself, but because I had a feeling I wasn't the only one asking that question.

The answer came into focus the day I helped my first client buy their first home. I didn't even own one myself yet. But I'll never forget the look on their face — the relief, the excitement, the disbelief that it actually happened for them. That moment showed me exactly what this job really is. It's not paperwork and rate sheets. It's helping someone walk through a door that used to feel locked.

Since 2012, that feeling has never gotten old.
As an independent, licensed mortgage broker (licensed in Arizona, California, and Florida). I'm not boxed into one bank's rulebook. I work with a wide network of lenders, which means I can find the option that actually fits your life — not just the one product a single institution happens to offer.

Whatever your situation looks like — self-employed, credit that isn't picture-perfect, no big down payment sitting in the bank, or you've just been told "no" one too many times — I've probably sat across from someone in a similar spot. My job isn't to sell you a loan. It's to understand your full picture, protect your interests before my own, and find you a real path to "yes."

If you're tired of feeling like a number, or you're just starting to wonder if homeownership is even possible for someone like you — I'd be honored to help you find out.

Why I Started Kingdom Lending

Since 2012, I've worked across the mortgage industry, and I've seen firsthand what big banks do well — they have scale, deep balance sheets, and systems built for volume. For a lot of borrowers, that works fine.

But scale comes with tradeoffs. When you're one file among thousands, service tends to become standardized rather than personal — and the people making decisions about your loan are often several layers removed from the person you're actually talking to.

I wanted to build something different: a firm where the person who answers your call is the person who knows your file, your goals, and your timeline — not a queue. Where the process moves as fast as your situation requires, not as fast as a call center's schedule allows. And where the advice you get is built around what's actually best for you, not just what closes fastest.

That's why I stepped out and built Kingdom Lending — a boutique brokerage rooted in trust, transparency, and doing right by every client, without the overhead and bureaucracy that comes with size. Big banks have their place. Kingdom Lending exists for the borrowers who want something more personal.

Built for the Borrowers Other Lenders Overlook

A lot of the people I work with don't fit neatly into a bank's checklist — and that's exactly who I built this business for.

  • Self-Employed & Non-Traditional Income: From DSCR rental-income loans to full commercial lending, I specialize in financing for borrowers whose income doesn't come from a W-2.

  • One Credit Pull, Every Option: I shop the nation's top wholesale lenders on a single application — you get the most competitive offers available without multiple hits to your credit.

  • Every Loan Type, One Relationship: Conventional, FHA, VA, HELOAN, HELOC, Jumbo, Reverse Mortgages, DSCR, and Commercial — whatever stage you're at, we don't have to start over with someone new.

  • Fast, Digital, No Bloat: A streamlined process built for a boutique firm, not a call center — which means faster closings and a person who actually knows your file.

Faith. Integrity. Excellence.

Kingdom Lending is more than a business — it's a mission. Rooted in spiritual and ethical principles, we seek to honor God by serving others with excellence and wisdom, helping families build their financial "kingdom" through sound guidance, stewardship, and care.

  • Trust & Transparency: Every decision is made with your best interest in mind.

  • Service with Integrity: We deliver what we promise, and we don't cut corners.

  • People Over Profit: Our experience is rooted in timeless values, not sales targets.
