2. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about Kingdom Lending LLC, our mortgage brokerage services, our team, and educational content related to home financing. The Site itself does not process loan applications, collect loan application data, or make lending decisions.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a loan offer, a commitment to lend, a rate lock, a pre-qualification, or a pre-approval. Any statements regarding loan products, rates, eligibility, or programs are general and educational in nature and are subject to change without notice. Actual terms are determined only through a formal application and underwriting process with a lender.

 

3. Applying for a Loan: Redirect to ARIVE

When you click "Apply Now" (or a similarly labeled link) on the Site, you will be redirected away from kingdom-lending.com to a secure third-party mortgage application platform operated by ARIVE (Wizni, Inc. and its subsidiary Arive, LLC) ("ARIVE" or the "ARIVE Platform"). Kingdom Lending LLC uses the ARIVE Platform to collect, process, and manage mortgage loan applications on behalf of our clients.

By clicking "Apply Now," you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are leaving our Site. The ARIVE Platform is a separate website/application owned and operated by ARIVE, not by Kingdom Lending LLC. Once you leave kingdom-lending.com, these Terms no longer govern your activity — your use of the ARIVE Platform is governed by ARIVE's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which you will be asked to review and accept directly on that platform.

• Information you submit goes to ARIVE and to us. Any personal, financial, employment, credit, or property information you enter into the ARIVE Platform is submitted to ARIVE's systems and made available to Kingdom Lending LLC and our licensed loan originators for the purpose of processing your application. Kingdom Lending LLC does not control ARIVE's technical infrastructure, security practices, or data handling beyond what is disclosed in ARIVE's own policies.

• Credit reports. By submitting an application through the ARIVE Platform, you authorize Kingdom Lending LLC and/or ARIVE to obtain your credit report from one or more consumer reporting agencies. This will typically result in a "hard" inquiry, which may affect your credit score.

• No binding decisions are made through the redirect itself. Neither Kingdom Lending LLC nor ARIVE makes lending decisions. All approvals, denials, pre-qualifications, rate locks, and loan terms are determined by the applicable lender and communicated to you in writing by your Kingdom Lending loan originator or the lender directly — never through the act of submitting an application or navigating the ARIVE Platform alone.

• We are responsible for our services, not ARIVE's platform. Kingdom Lending LLC is responsible for the mortgage brokerage services we provide to you as your broker. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, security, errors, or interruptions of the ARIVE Platform itself, as that platform is owned, operated, and maintained solely by ARIVE.

If you have questions about your application, your loan status, rate locks, disclosures, or anything time-sensitive related to your transaction, contact your Kingdom Lending loan originator directly. Do not rely on the ARIVE Platform, chat features, or general email as a substitute for direct communication with your loan originator on time-sensitive matters.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Use of the Site or the ARIVE Platform does not guarantee that you will qualify for any loan program, receive any particular interest rate, or be approved for financing. Loan approval, pricing, and terms are determined by the lender based on full underwriting of your application, credit, income, assets, and the property.

Kingdom Lending LLC does not discriminate against applicants on the basis of any characteristic protected under applicable fair lending laws.

 

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Site and when submitting an application through the ARIVE Platform. Kingdom Lending LLC and its lending partners are entitled to rely on the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay or prevent processing of your application.

Rates, program details, and other information published on the Site are subject to change without notice and may not reflect current market conditions. Confirm current rates, fees, and program eligibility directly with your Kingdom Lending loan originator before making financial decisions.

 

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of information submitted directly through the Site (such as contact form submissions) is governed by our [Privacy Policy — https://kingdom-lending.com/privacy-policy]. Information you submit through the ARIVE Platform after being redirected is governed by ARIVE's Privacy Policy.

We may share information you provide with ARIVE, with lenders, and with other service providers as necessary to process your loan application, consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

 

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Kingdom Lending LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent.

The ARIVE Platform and its content are the property of Wizni, Inc./Arive, LLC and are governed separately by ARIVE's own intellectual property terms.

 

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to other third-party websites in addition to the ARIVE Platform (for example, licensing verification tools or educational resources). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website.

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Kingdom Lending LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that redirects to the ARIVE Platform will function without interruption.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Lending LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your use of the ARIVE Platform following a redirect, or your reliance on any information contained on the Site. This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from the acts, omissions, security practices, or technical failures of ARIVE, as ARIVE is an independent third-party service provider and not an agent or employee of Kingdom Lending LLC.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including obligations under applicable mortgage lending and consumer protection statutes.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kingdom Lending LLC, its owners, employees, and loan originators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your submission of false or misleading information, or your violation of these Terms.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. This governing law provision applies to the interpretation of these Terms of Use as a website document only. It does not override or limit any consumer protection, mortgage lending, or licensing law of the state in which you reside or in which the subject property is located, to the extent such law applies to your transaction and cannot be waived or superseded by agreement.
